Believe it or not, studying with no breaks can harm you. When you take breaks it can make your brain less tired and help you concentrate/stay sane.

“I should probably start studying earlier rather than later,” said sophomore Wahaj Syed.

7. Caffeine isn’t always the answer
No matter how much caffeine you drink it will only hurt you in the long run find alternatives such as food to keep your mind aware. Vitamins, peanut butter, and berries boost your brainpower.

8. Turn off your electronics
If you’re not going to need your computer, phone, tablet, etc. then turning them off can help you stay focused.

9. Be Confident
Go into your test with a mindset of “I will do well on these tests,” because having a negative can counteract all the time you have studied.

10. Don’t wait till the last minute
Start your studying in advance, so you don’t end up stressing and wearing yourself out.
