Coming off of a dominant second round performance against Albemarle, the Panthers are heating up at the right time. Since going 2-2 in October, the Panthers have been nearly unstoppable, allowing only 7 points while putting up 99 points in 3 games. The Panthers need to stay hot for the regional semi-final game against the Massaponax Panthers, who are #12 team in the state of Virginia. Both Panthers have played Marshall, and both teams dominated, with the ‘Ponax Panthers winning 77-34, while the P-Falls Panthers won 54-20. P-Falls does have the advantage of playing in arguably the toughest conference in the state, with teams such as Stone Bridge, Briar Woods, and Broad Run having a combined six state championships between them. This experience against tough opponents should provide the P-Falls Panthers the experience they need to take on such a highly-touted opponent. The game is this Fri., Nov. 25 at 7 p.m. at Massaponax High School. A link to directions has been provided below. The game will be a blackout, so come out and support the team!
