Boys step up their game as they ask their girls to Homecoming

  Using freshman Kylie Thomas’s favorite sport, sophomore Danny Cox wrote “Kylie, Homecoming?” on a volleyball. Right after school, Cox presented it to her before the volleyball match against Loudoun County. “I was so nervous as to if Kylie would say yes or no, I was really excited she said yes, everybody who was around us was cheering,” said Cox.

  As junior Ferrell McGinnis was walking down the school hallway, she noticed a huge banner that read, “Ferrell, HC? -Charlie.” Junior Charlie Curtis was standing next to the banner with a rose and had just asked McGinnis to Homecoming. “I think it was really cute, it was very eye catching too,” said McGinnis.

   Senior Brandi Wagenhoffer was at the DECA fundraising car wash at Chick fil a, advertising on the side of the road, when senior Bill Koepsell arrived with a sign saying “Hey Brandi wanna go to HC or something?” “I wasn't expecting it at all, though it was really cool and made my day,” said Wagenhoffer.
