Steve Rodgers AKA Captain America (Chris Evans) has moved to Washington, D.C. after the events of The Avengers. He is still coming to terms with what happened during the Battle of New York and attempting to learn how to live in modern times. After an attack on S.H.I.E.L.D, Rodgers is forced to take action and ends up putting the world at risk. He teams up with Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and the Falcon (Anthony Mackie) in an attempt to uncover the ever going conspiracy, they end up against an unexpected enemy, the Winter Soldier.
