Meet SCA candidate Lauren Pollock
Pollock is running for Creative Director of the Potomac Falls High School SCA
Lauren Pollock, a captain of the Varsity softball team and an officer in the Future Educators of America, is running for creative director of the Student Council Association (SCA) and believes herself to be an excellent candidate.
“I think that I’m qualified for the position because I’m creative and I think that I have a lot that I can contribute,” said Pollock. Pollock also has prior experience in student government.
“I’m a member of the Sophomore Advisory Board,” said Pollock. In addition to her qualifications, Pollock is also ready to bring ideas to the table next year.
“I would like to make the hallway better for homecoming, and that would be one of my main responsibilities,” said Pollock.
Ultimately, however, Pollock’s reasons for running for SCA are not for herself.
“It’s a good way to help the school and contribute. I want to help my class have a good year,” said Pollock.
