Junior Mary Offutt is extremely enthusiastic in her campaign to become SCA’s next Treasurer. Offutt has decided to run for Treasurer this year because she wants to “work on a school wide level and not just with with my class.” She feels like she is most qualified for the job because of how she personally manages her money. Offutt wants to “help SCA with their funding and everything next year.”

If granted the position of Treasurer, Offutt wants to include not only SCA’s ideas but also the students’. “Everybody’s voices will be heard. I want to combine everybody together so we do stuff as a whole school,” said Offut.

She wants to continue Potomac Falls traditions and keep the spirit of the students going.

Offutt believes she is most qualified for the job because of her past experience on advisory boards. Offutt, if she wins, is looking forward to getting to know the student body and working with them on SCA.
