Sophomore Jessica (Jessie) Touve is running for SCA for the first time this year, and believes her campaign has got what it takes to win and “make next year amazing.” She is determined to “open up the SCA to more people by accepting ideas of others and not having it so closed off.”

 Touve chose to run for treasurer because she excels in math, and believes she is the best fit for the job with her extensive leadership skills.

“I feel like I have had plenty of experience with leadership and running a group. I’ve led projects with my Girl Scout troop in the past, and I’ve been a captain on my soccer team,” said Touve.

   If Touve does get the honor of being elected next year, she would “update many of the school appliances and resources considering our school has been lacking in that.” Since Potomac Falls was one of the first schools to set the stage for all the others in our county, she wants to keep that reputation going and have PFHS stay caught up with the changes and modernization around us.

“I would honestly just love being a part of the team and being with the group that can help make next year awesome,” said Touve.
