Junior Brittany Schlosberg has decided to run for creative director at PFHS; she believes with her creative abilities, determination, and new ideas, she can improve the school as a whole. She loves helping others and being active in the community, as well as using her creativity for different activities in which they would be useful.

“I think people should vote for me because I have lots of ideas, and I’m really hardworking and this year I came to all the decorating for homecoming and I’m going to go to a lot of the decorating for prom, I went to Snowcoming to decorate, and I just love to be involved and help people in groups,” said Schlosberg.

She hopes to use her hardworking personality to make next year’s spirit more successful than this year.

Q&A:

Q: Why are you interested in running for creative director?

A: “I want to make all of the pep rallies and proms and dances better than they have been before, and just get people excited for pep rallies and to decorate their halls and for prom ideas, and stuff [like that]”

Q: How do you think you could benefit PFHS?

A: “I have lots of ideas that I want to do, like for example bring back the parade that was once held in front of the school, and another idea is to utilize the courtyards that aren’t really being used right now, I was thinking that would be cool.”

Q: What is your favorite TV show or book and which character do you relate with the most?

A: “One of my favorite TV shows is The Office, I think it’s so funny, I love it, and my favorite character is Jim, because, he’s hilarious and I love his sarcasm towards all the people in it.”

Q: What current presidential candidate do you most relate to?

A: “You mean running right now? Oh, okay. I can’t vote yet, so I don’t really have a say, but I like Hillary and Bernie.”

Q: If you win office, what are you most looking forward to most?

A: “I’m looking forward to having power and being able to make change in the school for the better, and doing fun stuff to improve the school.”

Q: What is something the SCA did this year that you would hope to change or keep the same for next year?

A: “To change is snowcoming, because it seems like they didn’t get a big turnout, so I was thinking that maybe we could do something instead, or maybe improve it in a certain way, maybe change it up a little bit.”

Q: Who are your role models and why?

A: “My role models would have to be my parents, because they’re very hardworking and they’ve just been so nice to me and everything, and raised me really well  and I have a lot of respect for them.”

Q: What is one thing you can’t live without?

A: “My dog, I love her. She’s just so sweet and cute and I just love coming home to see her everyday after school.”
