Congratulations to Kaevon Chase for receiving The Roar’s Athlete of the Week for his accomplishments in football.

Chase had four touchdowns against Falls Church in the Panthers third game of the season, and is leading the DMV with 255 receiving yards. The Panthers are off to a 3-0 start and are currently ranked 26 in the state, according to MaxPreps.

“Practice makes perfect, going through the plays and practicing how to defeat the [opponent] and practicing well, showed on the field,” said Chase.

Chase and the 3-0 Panthers will head out to Langley high school this Friday looking to continue their unbeaten record.
